Julia Child, Mastering the Art of French Cooking

This week Elizabeth Muir and I had a foodie talk about Julia Child’s ‘The Art of French Cooking’. The thesis we mentioned is by Ashley R. Armes, B.A. ‘Image of Nation, Image of Culture: France and French Cooking in the American Press, 1918-1969’, A Thesis in History, submitted to the Graduate Faculty of Texas Tech University, Master of Arts, December 2006.
